About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Plan, prepare, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential in English language and literature.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school's ethos and community.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
- Proven experience or strong capability to teach English at secondary level.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate young people.
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to promoting positive behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
