Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and creative lessons for Year 5 students
- Provide a high standard of teaching, inspiring students to achieve their best
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students, ensuring they make progress
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and the leadership team
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents
- Support the personal, social, and emotional development of students
About You:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
- Experience in teaching at Key Stage 2, ideally with Year 5
- A passion for education and helping children reach their potential
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive, engaging environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to continuous professional development and growth
