1:1 Teaching Assistant in Hayes
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Starting at £14,105 per annum
- Contract: Permanent
- Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our primary schools in Hayes. Positions are available in both KS1 and KS2, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to individual pupils in a 1:1 capacity.
- Assist with daily classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher to ensure each student's needs are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis is essential.
- A graduate degree is not required, but a passion for working with children is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
