We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Breakfast and After School Club Manager for a primary school in Chessington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and caring individual who is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for children outside of school hours.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and lead a variety of fun activities, including structured games, free play, and creative sessions.
- Manage a small team, ensuring high-quality care and a positive environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
- Oversee administrative duties such as attendance records, safety checks, and supplies management.
- Manage food preparation, storage, and service, ensuring food handling standards are upheld
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills and able to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- An understanding of safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- A friendly, energetic, and approachable attitude
- Ideal: Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification
