Are you passionate about working with young children and providing high-quality early years education? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Burnley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and stimulating activities to support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children.
- Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining individual learning profiles.
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's development.
- Working as part of a team to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in an early years setting (preferred but not essential).
- A passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
