Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to developing the potential of each child, providing engaging lessons, and creating a positive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and early years development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
