Do you have a passion for languages and inspiring students to communicate in a globalised world? Veritas Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join a vibrant school in Batley, specialising in teaching French and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging MFL lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, potentially including KS5.
- Teach a dynamic curriculum, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills in your specialist language(s).
- Foster a love for languages and intercultural understanding in your students.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level MFL exams, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Stay up to date with modern teaching methods and language learning technology.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more Modern Foreign Languages (French and Spanish) with experience teaching at the secondary level.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for language education and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
