The Role:
As an Experienced Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support and inspire children's learning and development through play and educational activities.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and your team members.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of creative and stimulating activities.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Be a proactive member of the team, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to all aspects of nursery life.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a busy nursery setting.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
