Job Opportunity: SEN & SEMH Teaching Assistant/ Behaviour Mentor/ LSA in Merton, London

Position: Teaching AssistantLocation: Merton, LondonPay Rate: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and school location)Contract: Temporary (with the potential for permanent placement)Start Date: Immediate - September

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be providing essential support to students with a wide range of needs, helping to create a nurturing and inclusive educational experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to support students with SEN/SEMH needs.
  • Implement individualized strategies to meet each student's unique requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe learning space.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
