Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children, young people, and adults with high complex needs, severe autism, and medical & physical needs.
- Assist with daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver individualized care plans.
- Support educational and developmental goals in a classroom setting.
- Utilize both personal and professional experience to enhance the quality of care provided.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting individuals with high complex needs in either a professional or personal capacity.
- Transferable skills and a genuine interest in working within the special education sector.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one upon successful registration).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
