Role Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN & SEMH needs, both in the classroom and during extracurricular activities.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to individual learning styles and abilities.

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with SEN & SEMH challenges.
