Veritas Education is working in partnership with a thriving primary school in the heart of Islington to recruit a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.
We are seeking a qualified and passionate EYFS teacher who has a proven track record in early years education and is confident in delivering engaging, child-centred learning. This is not a role suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs); applicants must have QTS and a minimum of a years' UK classroom experience.
The Role:
- Full-time Early Years Class Teacher
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS framework
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Collaborating with a strong EYFS team and school leadership
- Maintaining a nurturing and safe learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
- Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in an Early Years setting (UK-based)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and development milestones
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A proactive, reflective, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
