Experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary School, Watford
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) passionate about making a difference in students' lives? We're looking for a dedicated LSA to join our supportive secondary school team in Watford. This role offers a daily rate of £100 to £120 depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum
- Work alongside teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Assist in adapting lesson plans to meet individual needs and abilities
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging confidence and independence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an LSA or in a similar support role within secondary education
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to student engagement
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs
